Today it seems that there are many advice columns and videos and podcasts to help you get through life. I have found that the best place to search for life advice for any situation is the Bible. I specifically like to look to the book of Proverbs. Here are some life lessons I have learned from chapter 12.
1. I have learned to seek wisdom before making any big decisions in life and this will save me trouble.
2. I have learned that it is better to speak the truth because it honors God and also because lies never end in a good result.
3. I want to be a virtuous woman and obey God and do right to others. I want my actions and thoughts to honor God.
4. I have learned that I should work hard at all I do because it will pay off in the end.
5. I have learned that I should use my words to encourage others and to bring peace and not to tear others down.
